The Arts Society Chichester Lavant Valley (previously known as The Arts Society Lavant Valley) was formed in 1985 and is based in Chichester. Our society is a member of The Arts Society (previously known as NADFAS). Our members are drawn from the city itself and a wide surrounding area.

Our yearly programmes of visits, lectures and study days, together with our support for Young Arts and volunteering, are planned to reflect the aims of  The Arts Society as an organisation ’widely acknowledged for its valuable contribution to arts education, volunteering activities and heritage conservation’.

The belief that the arts are essential to enriching people’s lives will always be at the very heart of who we are.
